Refunds

- Refunds are available within 7 days of delivery
- Refunds are issued only for items that arrive defective or damaged
- Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have shipped
- Refunds will not be issued for damage determined to be intentional or caused after delivery

Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled.
We strongly recommend ensuring a secure delivery location or having someone available to receive the package, as we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after deliverydue to the possibility of porch pirates.
